The business was founded in 2006 by Geraldine Talbot and was run by herself and her two sons, who have since opened their own law firm offering a range of services. The company has experienced significant growth over the years. Complex Management pride ourselves with ensuring that we are constantly up to date with any new legislation that comes into place pertaining to Sectional Title Schemes as well as Home Owners Associations. Our office always furthers our knowledge by attending seminars, courses and online webinars in order to ensure that we can provide our clients with the best of services. Our efficient and experienced staff are always willing to assist. We are passionate about property management and have developed strategic systems and protocols, strong communication skills with our clients and utilize an efficient computer software system. We are registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board, the National Association of Managing Agents, Council of Debt Collectors and are members of the Paddocks Sectional Title Club.
